LOVE SLACK but frustrated by the mac client right now

Before this update, the Mac client worked pretty well. This update changed that.

Every once in a while, Ill be typing in a message, then boom, Mac spinner. Now my whole computer is frozen! So I wait a couple minutes for the spinner to stop... good, its gone.

Ok back to work. Everythings great for 10, maybe 15 minutes. Until I start typing another message and... the spinner of death came back.

Do this enough times and eventually my computer crashes altogether.

Switching to the web client fixed my issue.
